Session Drummer Inadvertant Changes

have been noticing that my session drummer regions change when i copy/paste other session regions. in this example i have drummer session "heavy" (orange) with piano "vintage upright" (purple) as the target copy/paste. the first screen shows the duplicated "vintage upright" and "heavy" to be normal, then the 2nd. screen shows after i copy/paste "vintage upright" region onto new track and all of the "heavy" regions change 3rd. screen?

so i just happen to zoom back out and look at the "editor" for the drum session track "heavy" and noticed the "editor" for one of the region shows nothing however the region track shows "heavy" contains something. for reasons i don't understand the one region stuff disappears?

If you do not want the regions to be changed, convert them to Midi or Audio.
