iPod touch playlists missing after Apple Music sync on Windows PC

I performed a synch from my computer (Windows) with my iPod Touch using Apple music. Once that was done, all of the playlists on my iPod have been removed from the device. The playlists remain on my Apple Music app on my PC. How can I have these playlists copied over to my iPod at this point?
