Apple Intelligence unavailable after iOS 18.2 update on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I updated my iPhone 15 Pro Max to IOS 18.2, and I still can’t see Apple Intelligence in Settings..I’m still seeing the old Siri tab. Phone/Siri language are both set to United States… How am I supposed to solve this?
