Visual Intelligence Killed After iOS 18.2 22C152

after updating from iOS 18.2 22C150 to iOS 18.2 22C152 visual intelligence is now killed.

iPhone 16 Pro - MYMG3LL/A

all other Apple Intelligence features work correctly except for long press visual intelligence w/ camera control.

it’s kind of ironic because I was on the beta and it worked worked great, but then after updating to the standard build, it broke.

if there was a way to open visual intelligence other than long pressing in the camera control that would be great.

such as adding it to control center or activate it through Siri etc, but since it doesn’t appear to be any way to do so, the feature is simply killed until a future update?
