vision os and safari

Vision OS 2.2. When working in Safari, when I open either a new tab or new window, I always get a New Start page and I would just like a duplicate of the page I was looking at. On the Mac, in preferences, it is possible to designation what happens with the 'new window' command to either a New Start or duplicate the page one is currently on. Is it possible in Vision OS 2.2 to have either the New Tab or New Window to duplicate the existing page. Thanks
