Clearing $0.01 balance for Apple ID country change to Iraq

Hello,

I would like to change the country/region of my Apple ID from the United States to Iraq, but I am unable to do so because I have a remaining balance of $0.01 in my account. Unfortunately, I cannot find any item to purchase with this small amount to clear the balance.

Could you please help me zero out the remaining balance so I can proceed with changing the country/region?

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…
