How can I give iMovie access to my Photos on iPad Pro?

I want to give the iMovie app access to my photos. I have tried going to <Settings> then <Privacy and Security> and clicking on <Photos>. However, iMovie is not listed in the menu of apps to allow access to my photos. I can’t find how to add it to the menu or any other way to allow it to have access to my photos. Please help.

Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions

Photos -> Allow (may have to go out and back in for change to save/register)

For iMovie, you have to allow Full Access (may can get away with Limited Access, making Albums or what not.)

Make sure iMovie works then you can cut off Photo/Music Allow globally. You must keep the iMovie settings or the Need Permissions screen will come back up (even when using it).
