My Mac mini ( Late 2012 model) currently operating in Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina), which unable to support to Microsoft Team either installation or web sign in both not supporting . Please provide some guidance to proceed.

Replace your Mac with a later year model (2017+), should fix.
Ventura or newer now.
With that model and OS, i would rather use browser-based MS Teams.
There has always been ups and downs with the MS Teams app on macs, often after updates.
