How to fix panic restarts on Mac mini M2?

Keeps crashing - maybe linked to Google Chrome. Report as below using EtreCheck. Any help on next steps would be appreciated!

Core 1 was mentioned in the report to send to Apple, as having an issue. Doe that mean it is definitely hardware?

You need to free up some storage space. You should always have at least 20GB+ of Free storage space at all times for the normal operation of macOS. Ignore the "Available" storage value since it is very misleading. You can find the Free space value within Disk Utility. Even that 20GB can disappear very quickly and some workloads will require even more Free storage space.
