Apple Intelligence in the EU for foreigners

My iPhone 16 with iOS18.2 is connected to the Australian shop but I’m in the EU and can’t see Apple Intelligence features. Should I be able to?

Thanks again. I still don’t have the features but I have figured out why - Apple Intelligence is a downloaded service that requires the phone to be connected to a WiFi service, not cellular.

unfortunately for me, I have no access to WiFi in my area.

Thank you! I changed it and restarted my phone, however I still don’t see any AI features. Is there any other reason?
