Apple News fails to load after iOS 18.2 install on 7 Gen iPad. Tried deleting and reinstalling news app, resetting network settings, pausing VPN, and a full reset, all without success. Any tips would be appreciated.

Finish uploading the new release of iOS 18.30. I have two iPads version 7. Once the update went through, I deleted Apple news and then reinstall it. It worked on both iPads. In fact, the one that I’m using and I haven’t looked at it for over an hour, and it still comes back with news. Previously, it would not come back. Looks like the fix is working. Good luck, everybody!
I even have no issues with my ancient iPhone XS

Mine (iPad 7-Gen) just started working after 2 days not. I had tried all suggestions in this thread and more, to no effect. Then is just started working on its own. So, IDK.

iPad 7th gen. Apple News paid subscription fails to load dreaded spinning wheel. Won’t be renewing it next month.

After latest update Apple News will not load! I’ve tried everything from deleting app and reloading to changing settings. It’s very frustrating.

Nope. Installed it last night. News app opened one time afterwards. Now it’s hosed again.
