It’s been about 6 hours that when I open image playground app or genmoji I only can see page that say downloading support for image playground or genmoji . What should I do ?

Fixed it. My settings/General/Languages & Region was (correctly) set to Australia.
I changed it to US, then back to Australia again, and it immediately worked.

Have deleted and reinstalled, made sure I can log in to feedback as I read that somewhere. Plugged in, stable wifi, it has been several days now.
OMG - It suddenly started working.
Coincidence I don’t know, but it started working instantly after I went to the on screen keyboard in messages, clicked bottom left
Then top right
and got to this point.
Playground now works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How long did it take you?
This isn’t really a solution though. Resetting a phone these days isn’t as simple as just restoring a backup with things like 2FA authentication apps and banking tools and such which need to be manually reconfigured every time.
I have the same issue. I was able to use it this morning but now it has that message and doesn’t really seem like it’s downloading anything. Maybe it is? I’m on WiFi and connected to a charger.
this is just too much there should be some other fix for It. I appreciate your option. I’m just gonna continue looking. Hopefully, I don’t have to do this.

Hello, I see that you are downloading support for image playground or gemini are you sending it out Because quite a few people here tonight are wondering why their Computers or Phones are downloading yet they arent the Ones doing the downloading
My iPhone 16 Max Pro iOS 18.3.2 had the same issue with the Image Playground stuck downloading support. I shut down the iPhone and let it sit for about 1 minute. Turned it back on and booted the Playground program up and it downloaded support in just a couple seconds. Works great. I hope this helps.

the home app needed updating following the latest iOS update18.2.4.
home app updated and the image playground worked straight away.
no need to reset iPhone or change language!!! I wonder why apple support doesn’t mention this!
I find the way to fix it , all you need to do is plug your iPhone /mac to a power sources and be connect to a stable wifi
