How can I delete old emails from my iCloud storage?

HOW TO DELETE MAIL FROM STORAGE?

I buy 200 GB of storage. I only have it set to save Calendar, Contacts, Photos, Notes, and some stuff saved in Drive which I can clean up easily.

I saw that it was keeping 39G of my old phone which is the same 39G on my new phone so I deleted that. I am now only using 50GB of the 200GB so that is good.

But now it's storing MAIL, the one I used on my iPhone just to send myself links I see to my laptop. But I am at loss for how to delete! I've looked everywhere.

REACHABLE ADDRESSES

I have all Apple mail app stuff turned off, so I am not sure why it is saving addresses that are NOT EVEN MINE but say they are being forwarded to my Apple ID address??? I was able to deactivate them but now, how to delete 89 addresses from the deactivated list without having to do each one separately? There is no 'Select All'.

Thanks for any help!

PS - I should likely check to make sure my iPad isn't telling it to save iCloud emails...?
