Why does my MacBook Air shut down unexpectedly?

I've very annoyed by this MacBook, it's my first MacBook, sadly, I've to send this to service center 3times.

problems I'm facing-

1. playback error, videos get stuck but time and sound goes on the YouTube( I tried with my dad MacBook too, no issues there, that was 2012 model lol)
2. Facetime- I'VE TO RESTART MY MACBOOK TO CALL SOMEONE. why? keep me saying, FaceTime quit unexpectedly
3. sometimes my cursor doesn't work
4. every time I command to take screenshots, it takes after 30/40 sec
5. It shut downs automatically at 23%, sometimes 18% sometimes at 10%

What should I do now? I bought this from Bangladesh ( Executive machine) they're saying there's no issue with my Mac but I'm facing problems daily....

I want refund, what's the procedure? if that's not possible, Let me have another MacBook Air m3, I mean the same model but another device.
