Why is the play button greyed out in Apple Music?

Just downloaded the new Apple Music for my pc, it will not play songs from the library in general, but my playlists or albums will play just fine. I like to shuffle my entire library and listen, but the play button is greyed out and will not allow me to shuffle the whole library.

Add To Playlist Button Empty In the increasing list of stuff that's broken in Apple Music Sonoma: now when I try adding a song to one of my playlists using the three dots and then ‘add to playlist,’ none of my playlists are shown in the list. The only option available is to create a new playlist. Any way to repopulate that option?

Apple music library glitch I am new to apple music and I set it up recently. In the library there is an edit button where if you click it you can choose which headings you want to show in your apple music library. When I go to do this and I select any other heading other than playlists it doesn’t show the headings that I selected. For example, I want to show my artists, playlists and songs but it only shows playlists in my library. If anyone knows a fix or a troubleshooting method let me know. :)
