Can I download the Google Play Nook Books app on New iPad mini?
Can non-Apple apps be downloaded to and used on newest iPad Mini ? Specifically the NOOK reader app and books downloaded with it?

Nearly all apps are non-Apple. Whether any particular app exists is determined by the developer. Search the App Store for any app you wish.
