apple health weight shows no data

I went into my Apple Health app today to record my weight, all data for the last 2 years is missing, it shows "no data". It was working fine yesterday and I have made no changes to my phone since then.

Any idea how to recover my weight data?

I’ve just noticed this on mine as well.

The top level summary show a weight and the date from 2 days ago.

when I click on the weight card, I then see “no data”

After I click on “show all data”, there is a loading animation, but no data gets loaded.

after I click on “data sources and access”, all 3 categories have a perpetual loading animation.

After I log a new weight, the health app gives no error message, when when I go to see the graph, there is still “no data”, and the top level summary figures do not change.

MY SOLUTION

I also noticed that my spotlight search was very slow to respond, and that my storage had ~600MB remaining.

After deleting some downloaded videos, I did a full iPhone backup, then restarted my phone.

After this, weight data was visible as expected in health, including data logged while health app was showing “No data”.

Around 5 minutes after restarting, spotlight search times became almost instant again.
