Magic Mouse Settings Not Showing / Natural scrolling not working

My Magic Mouse settings do not show in my settings. It's connected and it's working, apart from the natural scrolling. I have reset it, updated my mac to the latest software, but the natural scrolling won't work. It's a brand new mouse. I don't know how to make the scrolling work. I'm also aware the magic mouse settings are supposed to look different than what I have in the screenshot provided. Any help would be appreciated.
