I have been trying to use FaceTime with my elderly and def father who has Bluetooth hearing aids (which are already logged in to his iPad and work fine), but when he and I use FaceTime, during each call his mic appears to stop working for short or long moments, meaning I can only hear about 25% of what he is saying. Why might this be?
