How can I prevent Screwscapes ads from appearing?

I want the App Store to stop showing me the disgusting ads for Screwscapes. How can I stop it?

Is there a way to block certain ads? i keep getting ads for happy hospital asmr whilst playing other mobile games and the ad for this game makes me feel physically sick, change the advert or just don’t advertise such a disgusting game, there should be a way to block certain ads someone needs to do something about this. Me too there is no need for those ads to be so revolting
