Using a Mac Mini (Mac OS 15.1.1.) starting to print on an Epson printer. This has always worked absolutely fine but suddenly when I press print I get the message: The operation couldn't be completed. (WFBackgroundShortcutRunner-ErrorDomain error 0) so I can't access the Printer Queue. Although printing does take place it is incredibly slow. I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks.

Try using Image Capture instead of the HP scan utility.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode then restart normally and test it.
That is some type of Shortcut Error.

How are you imitating the Print sequence...?
Does it happen when printing from a certain App or all App's...?
Does it happen if you select and initiate Print from the App dropdown menu...?

I am having the same issue. I have restarted both my iMac and HP printer, but I still get this message. I am trying to scan some documents via the HP App
