iPhone Samsung Call Issues

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and my husband has a Samsung Z Fold 5 both through Verizon. Sometimes he will try to call me and it goes straight to voicemail and I get no indication that he has called me. This does not happen every time, but sometimes. And every once in a while, I will call him and it won’t even ring. Also, his texts sometimes take a while to come through to my phone (rarely, but sometimes). Also, my mom has a Samsung Galaxy and has an issue calling me sometimes as well. Has anyone else experienced this?

Android Not Working with iOS:

This is an all-too commonly phenomenon reported on these forums. There is no ultimate fix, that I've overcome across. Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Voicemail.
