Books App: 'Save' option issue after Sequoia update on MacBook Air

With Sequoia after I save a book and want to add it to an existing custom collection the three dots (...) below the book only shows 'save' as an option. The ... on books saved prior to Sequoia correctly shows the complete list of options.

I've tried selecting the book and moving it to the selected custom collection, but if there is more than one saved book for the same author all of them get moved. Unable to 'grab' just the one book I do want to move.
