Home pod mini playing explicit despite my music profile set to block it

I’ve toggled that switch that says allow explicit content to the off position multiple times under my profile from within the Home app, and my kids are still getting explicit songs on the HomePod. The HomePod is up-to-date as is my phone.

There are also articles online that refer to being able to turn off explicit content via the Screen Time Settings but I don't see anything there either (lots of stuff for TV, podcasts, etc. but no Music). All my software is the latest iOS and Ventura. I just bought the HomePod and I don't want my kids to be able to request explicit content over it.

Homepod Mini is Censoring my Music I have no idea what is going on, but it is driving me bonkers as whenever I ask Siri to play music directly on my Homepod Mini it will play the censored versions of the songs. I have seen many posts about this, and have followed all those steps. I have even changed the setting of my Apple ID to play the explicit versions and I even found the setting in Home to play explicit songs. But it still is not. Any idea what I need to do next? As this sure doesn't make me want to continue using Apple Music!

Music played keeps showing on home screen Whenever I play music through my HomePod Minis, that is shown on my iPhones home screen before I unlock. I don't want that but I can't get it switched off: every time there's that 'pop up' telling me what is playing. Where in Settings can I turn that off? Thanks!

Try and restart the HomePod and the paired iPhone to see if the issues persist
