why do I have NSURLE 999 error when trying upload from Logic Pro to Soundcloud

I keep getting NSURLERRORDomain-999 when I try to up load from Logic Pro to SoundCloud.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

NSURLErrorDOmain error -999 GarageBand When I try to share my music on SoundCloud the login popup shows for a second, then it disappear and a new popup says "The operation couldn't be completed (NSURLErrorDomain error -999.)" The same problem happens both with GarageBand and LogicPro Trial.
