Recording Logic Pro internal audio inside Logic Pro

Hello. I need to record a Logic Pro internal audio inside Logic. Being more specific, I'm looking for a way I can record a sound I get by switching between two presets of mine inside a plugin. I've tried to do that by using "write" and "touch" functions which usually allow record a value change inside a generic plug in, but here it's not working.

I've tried to record my screen and the internal audio of my MacBook by using Aiseesoft screen recorder, but for some reasons it doesn't capture any audio.

Does anyone one know how I can do that? Thank you!
