When will the M4 Mac mini be shipping to South America?

I checked the apple.com store for M4 or M4 Pro Mac mini systems shipping to Chile, but all of the options say they're not currently available. When is the launch happening?

(And yes, I realize the prices will probably have a 60% duty.)
