When using Pages the spacing between words won’t space and the program shuts down. How do I correct the issues?
I open Pages, start a new blank page. The spacing won’t space and the program closes.

There are two different blank templates — one for regular word processing documents and the other for page layout documents. The former allows you to just start entering text and will flow from page to page. The latter will only allow you to use Text boxes to enter text and you can flow text from one Text box to another on the same or separate page.
