Unreliable HomePod and home app

I have three HomePod minis and a HomePod and they are so unreliable. Some days they work when I use Siri other days I get the usual message. “I’m sorry this is taking too long” or “There’s a problem connecting to Apple Music” I go to the Home app and it shows they’re not connected to the Wi-Fi, but it clearly points to my broadband WiFi router. I restart them and they are connected to the Wi-Fi. This happens so often it’s frustrating that these Apple products are so unreliable, often unresponsive, and it’s got worse over time. I’ve had the HomePod replaced, I’ve been on the phone to Apple support, but it is clearly a policy not to acknowledge there is a deep-seated problem with HomePod software. The sound quality is good but they are completely unreliable. Will Apple ever do anything about this situation?
