Issue with subscription channel

I keep getting emails back stating issue with the subscriptions I canned the name to add premium content, my art says Sundays with coach Craig then has letter my premium content, went to YouTube to get some help, followed the directions for the subscription part still go denied. and the directions they give you really doesn't. My last one they approved and the denied at the same time.

BigTen subscription not activated Background: Purchased sports view app (BigTen+) subscription by following the prompts in the app. It asked me for my apple ID and passoword.
