My understanding is the taotronic bar will connect physically with your M2 3.5mm output at the back.

For the monitor, just use hdmi cable assuming you have that connection on that monitor.

Best Buy Geek Squad connected monitor to Mac mini via HDMI and Taotronics to monitor. Sound output has been directly from the Mac but I did try switching the sound bar connection directly to the Mac with no result.
