Is it possible to recover items deleted from Recently Deleted?

You cannot. You permanent deleted the photos.

Unless you have a backup of your phone made before you did that, and you are not using iCloud Photo Library, they are gone forever.

There is no place to recover them from.

Sorry, once you have deleted your photos and videos from the Recently Deleted album, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
