Philips Monitor with webcam - how to adjust camera settings

Recently purchased a 34" curved Philips monitor (model 34E1C5600HE) for new Mac Mini. Happy with the monitor, and while I can get the webcam to work with Facetime, Teams, Zoom, etc. the image is grainy and green-ish.

Is there any way to access camera settings to make adjustments? Philips is no help.

How can I use continuity camera with my Mac studio when it isn't connected to a webcam to begin with? I connect my mac studio to a monitor that doesn't have a camera. So when using any video call related app the camera is immediately off. Zoom for example there is no option to "change camera". There is no camera connected to begin with so I have no drop down menu to select my iPhone in zoom or meets. It works with my macbook, but my macbook has a webcam. I want to use this continuity camera with my desktop because it doesn't have a webcam to begin with.

monitor webcam does not work with macpro laptop I have two Macbook Pros, one is an older pro running High Sierra, the other a new 2022 pro running Monterey. I have a Dell external monitor that I have had for several years and the webcam would work for Zoom or Photo an apple connect from the older one running to the pin port on the monitor and an HDMI cable running from the new one to the same monitor. Now I cannot get the webcam on the external monitor to work with Zoom or Photo Booth. It previously worked for these programs with the older model but since I got the new one, now it doesn't work with either - the option to select the external monitor is not there on either device. Is the problem just a failing monitor. The monitor itself is working fine, the problem is just with the webcam....

Mac Mini and Samsung M8 not detecting webcam Hi all, I have a new mac mini and samsung M8 and it is not detecting my webcam. From previous posts I have plugged a USB-C into my webcam and directly into my mac mini and then restarted it. I have had no luck. I also changed the external settings in the monitor itself to usb-c meaning it should register the webcam. I am not sure what else I can do.

it may not be possible at all without some macOS software made by Philips to adjust it, one can only assume they have software for the windows platform to adjust it. and no, it's unlikely that connecting it to a windows box and adjusting it and then connecting back to the mac will fix it.
