Power Nap and QuickTime recording issues on MacMini M4 2024

MacMini M4 2024 15.1.1 Energy does not have Power Nap icon to activate or deactivate and I am having QuickTime Player problem that Stops Recording for no reason. 16GBRAM Enough Hard Drive all good as on my MacAir M2 but Mac mini Stops Recording

All good and works on MacAir M2 but MacMini just bought days ago have tried with Apple Support and cannot find why Stops Recording and there is NO Power Nap on MacMini 15.1.1

Power Nap is only available on Intel-based Mac desktops.

Not sure about the QuickTime issue. Is this happening when you're trying to record the screen, or from an eternal device such as a camera? Can you determine any other common factor such as it stopping after a given amount of time?

Thank you. Kind of mind blogging! QTP with ALL exact same specs. External Logitech Brio Camera; External CODEC Microphone. ALL exact as the MacAir M2 no problem. But in the new November 2024 Mac mini M4 (with Ram HD memory all the same as MacAir M2) it stops recording at 15sec at 2 min and only 2 times has recorded normally.
