Wallpaper photo file location

I have a new Mac mini m4 and used the Microsoft migration tool to transfer all my data from a PC. The tool put my desktop wallpaper on the new Mac desktop, but then I changed it to a solid color through System Settings > Wallpaper, but would like to get the old photo back. Wallpaper settings is not showing it as a selection. How can I find that photo and get it back on my desktop?

I guess a related question would be does Mac have anything similar to Windows "Explorer"?

Thanks!

All the images you want to use as Wallpapers on your mac need to be directly accessible in the Pictures folder.

Make sure they are not enclosed in a folder within the Pictures folder if you want to be able to select when you right-click from the desktop and select ''Change Wallpaper''.

This is also why I prefer to do such transfers manually.
