Live support from the SUPPORT app
Please, how can I have a live support from the support app with an Apple expert please? I’m not referring to one from messages which is not available in some countries.

The Apple Support app on mobile would show suggestions after entering a short description or question for something that you seek support for. Two of the options could be ‘Chat’ and/or ‘Call’, below the self-help references.
