Using iTunes Remote App with Windows 11 Apple Music App

Prior to Windows 11, I had iTunes installed on my Windows computer. Now I have to use the Apple Music app for Windows. That's fine, but I cannot figure out how to continue to use the iTunes Remote app on my iPhone to control iTunes on my computer, or now Apple Music app. I used to be able to connect manually, but I don't see the same ways to connect with the windows app. Is the iTunes remote app still compatible with Windows Apple Music app?
