If you have never installed Keynote from the Mac App Store since Fall 2013, or when purchased, your Mac already had Keynote installed, then you cannot get v11.1 of Keynote for Catalina.
If you have installed Keynote v6 or later in the past, launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple ID used before. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel, and you should see Keynote with a blue outline cloud with a down arrow. Click that and do not click Cancel on any subsequent dialogs. You should receive a dialog offering to install the last compatible version of Keynote for macOS Catalina and you agree.
