HomePod does not update to 18.1
My HomePod doesn't update to its last OS version 18.1. It downloads the software but it gets stuck installing and never updates.

Try and restart your HomePods to see if the issues persist
- Go to the Home app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap HomePod, then tap
. - Do one of the following:
- For a single HomePod: Tap Reset HomePod, then tap Restart HomePod.
- For a stereo pair: Tap Restart HomePod.
