We were watching a police drama and the scene involved gun fire. From an Apple Pod, Siri asked to call 911 and started a countdown. I was stunned but stopped it in time. What’s with that?! The gun shots didn’t affect our iPhones or iPads. I’ve unplugged the Apple Pod. I don’t trust Siri anymore.

was “911” spoken in this show? Or a word that may sound like “Siri”? I otherwise can’t see how it would be listening to gunshots and determining you need help. If you’re not comfortable with it listening you can tell it to stop listening and “hey Siri” will be disabled.
