Can't See Tracks in Track Header Area but Audio is playing

Hi there,

Really hoping someone can help me out here. My audio is still playing but no tracks are showing. This seems to have happened when I was copying the Chord Progression from the global tracks. It looks like it pasted in the track area rather than the global track area under the ruler. See screenshots below

Here's what I see. I can still hear my audio.

The mixer only shows my buses and stereo out/master under "tracks"

But my under "all" it shows everything that I'm missing in the track area:
