Thunderbolt Display Modification LCD Screen

Hi Apple Community,

Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to mod a thunderbolt 27” display from the early 2010s and change its LCD monitor? I’m thinking of upgrading it from 2k to 4k or higher.

I wonder if anyone has done it and or / sells it on ebay.

Any thoughts on how to do this?
