Apple Pencil refunding
I got an apple pen gen 2 from amazon prime day and recently found out it doesnt pair up with my ipad air which I wanted to refund and I tried refunding both sides but failed, what should I do if I wanted to refund.
So simply I tried to refund on Amazon and they told me that the refund period is over but my iPad arrived after the refund period expire, therefore, I seek help from apple support team. They told me to tell amazon about it, and I tried refunding on amazon. What I get is you cannot refund something that isn’t bought on your account which both ways failed. But I don’t need an Apple pen generation 2 with my iPad Air 13 inches (M2), could anyone give me ideas that how refunding could be done or share some of your experiences?
