I have noticed two persistent spots on the screen: one yellow and one black. These spots started to appear approximately six months after purchase and have worsened over time. The issue affects the display quality and usability of the device. This defect occurred without any external damage or misuse.
The device is only one year old.
Please advise on the next steps to resolve this matter.
