Arrive/Leave Automation Greyed Out in Home App

I want to update what happens when different people arrive home, but they’re greyed out. And I’ve tried deleting the current automations, and not I can’t get those back either.

•I’ve check locations settings and they’re on.

•My phone is updated and the HomePod is on auto update.

•I’ve restarted the app.

This was working before I went to update the automation.

What else should I check?
