Pages blow up to full screen

Since my last upgrade to Sequoia 15.1.1, whatever screen I'm in blows up to fill the entire screen. How to I keep each screen at the size I set it at?
I had this same problem a year ago and someone answered. I just tried to find that answer, but could not. I was told to "navigate to your "My Activity" page where you can see a list of your recent posts and replies, with the most recent one appearing at the top." But I cannot find my "My Activity" page either. Where is it?

Pull the window from the right corner to towards the center of screen

Yeah, I do that to reduce its size. But then the next time I try to drag it over to another part of the screen, it pops back up to full-screen.

System Settings > Desktop & Dock. Scroll down to Windows. Disable the tiling options.
