How can I get a clean Home screen with no Apps on it

Meanwhile, you can create a new page by moving an app to the right of the last current page. iOS 18 has also made it possible to put that app anywhere on the page so you can at least move it to the place that least obscures what you want to see.

You can delete the apps but you can’t delete the App Store app lol. What you can do is hide all your apps touch and hold on an app then tap on the remove app setting then Select remove from the Home Screen. To hide page applications long press on the Home Screen then press the little dots where it sometimes says search t by en uncheck the page you want to hide then press the done button. To hide apps from the library go to settings select screen time section then click on content & privacy restrictions then select allowed apps then toggle them off.

As I noted, you can't have a completely bland page. You have to have the one icon.
