How can I change regional settings on BBC iPlayer?
I watch bbc breakfast on an iPad. I have selected NW region but I always get London regional news

Have you tried using the BBC iPlayer App? Here you can set your preferred region - and will receive news programming appropriate to your selected region.

When streaming directly from the BBC website, you will likely receive the London news-feed.
