Syncing music to my windows 11 laptop on apple music

Hi, i have an issue with syncing music to my windows laptop on the apple music app. When i try to play a song that i imported from an mp3 onto itunes, it would play on itunes. I then decided to install apple music on my laptop, but the songs that were imported on itunes never played. I have windows 11 and an iphone 11. Can anyone tell me how to make the music sync and play on my laptop? Thanks.
