I’ve updated my M1 MacBook Pro to Sequoia 15.1.1 and my iPhone 13 Pro to 18.1.1 but for some reason I cannot find the iPhone Mirroring App on both devices…

Not on iPhone. App resides on the Mac. Try using spotlight to search for iPhone Mirroring
